US Farms, Inc. announced the appointment of Jim Farooquee as the company's president, chief executive officer, chief financial officer and chairman of the board of directors, replacing Yan Skwara, effective March 8, 2011.Jim Farooquee started his career as an insurance and real estate agent in 1979. Founder and CEO of CMS Enhancements, Inc. A technology company started in 1981 with a $12,000 became public in 1987 and traded on NY stock exchange. In 1994, Mr. Farooquee retired from the company and sold his interest to investors. The revenue at his retirement was $400 million plus.

During Mr. Farooquee’s tenure, CMS Enhancements, Inc enjoyed global operations, Manufacturing in Singapore, China and Taiwan, Sales offices in Germany, France, USA, Australia and UK. Having years of experience running a public company Mr. Farooquee negotiated multi million dollar deals and brought several rounds of investments dollars worth over one hundred million dollars to the company.
