ISMG to Purchase Aloe Vera Farming Operations

SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 6, 2006 -- US Farms, Inc. (ISMG) is pleased to announce the Company entered an agreement to acquire Aloe Vera farming operations in Southern California. The assets subject to the agreement include approximately 600,000 Aloe Vera plants, several thousand potted Aloe Vera plants that are ready for immediate resale, and farming equipment related to the Aloe Vera operations. ISMG will lease the real property necessary to conduct its nursery and farming operations.

The Aloe Vera plant is used in many consumer products. The whole Aloe Vera leaf is available in many grocery stores and is used in cooking, juices and skin care. Commercially, the Aloe Vera leaf is used in beauty aids, dietary supplements, juices, skin care products and sunscreens. The applications for the Aloe Vera leaf and the gel inside the leaf are vast.

ISMG's President Yan Skwara stated, "ISMG management is pleased to execute this purchase agreement as we anticipate generating revenues from the Aloe Vera operations shortly after closing.
