Mr. Farooquee brings vast knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships with like minded investors and financial partners. His extensive background in Green Energy technologies and Real Estate project development gives him the ability to bring together right people, talents and products-technologies into practical projects. Founder and CEO of CMS Enhancements, Inc. A technology company started in 1981 with a $12,000 became public in 1987 and traded on NY stock exchange. In 1994, Mr. Farooquee retired from the company and sold his interest to investors. The revenue at his retirement was $400 million plus. During Mr. Farooquee’s tenure, CMS Enhancements, Inc enjoyed global operations, Manufacturing in Singapore, China and Taiwan, Sales offices in Germany, France, USA, Australia and UK. Having years of experience running a public company Mr. Farooquee negotiated multi million dollar deals and brought several rounds of investments dollars worth over one hundred million dollars to the company. An expert in mergers, acquisitions, financing and investment strategies, Mr. Farooquee feels right at home to provide assistance, support and reinforcement to US Farms, Inc. |
| Charles Cibulka Vice President of Corporate Finance Charles Cibulka is the Vice-president of Corporate Finance for US Farms, Inc. Mr. Cibulka has a significant background in leading commodity markets as he spent well over fifteen years working closely with commodity trading advisors involving performance based money management principles in the futures and options industry. In 1998, Mr. Cibulka became involved in consulting and working directly with startup and early stage private and publicly held emerging growth companies. His main responsibilities were identifying growth capital and marketing specific segments of the company's business. In 2006, Mr. Cibulka accepted his position at US Farms, Inc. to focus his efforts in working directly with management on building and growing a unique model in the Farming, Nursery and Wellness space. Day to day, Mr. Cibulka's efforts are in assisting and working directly with the CEO of US Farms, Inc. with financing and marketing related projects in order to enhance the sales and profit of the company's Farming, Nursery and Wellness based Products. |
